Events
Cancellation Policy
The applicable cancellation policy depends on the type of event being booked.
Awards Dinner / high table dinners
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 90 percent – one month in advance of event
- 50 percent – between two weeks and one month in advance of event
- None – less than two weeks in advance of event (but substitute accepted)
Channel Island and UK conferences
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 90 percent – two months in advance of event
- 50 percent – between one and two months in advance of event
- None – less than one month in advance of event (but substitute accepted)
International (with accommodation) conferences
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 90 percent – four months in advance of event
- 75 percent – between three and four months in advance of event
- 40 percent – between six weeks and three months in advance of event
- None – later than six weeks before the event (but substitute accepted)
On-line/virtual conferences
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 90 percent – six working days in advance of event
- None – less than six working days in advance of event (but substitute accepted)
Membership
Duration
Membership works on an annual subscription basis, running from the start of the calendar month to the end of the calendar month 12 months later.
Terminations
Terminations of membership requires three months’ written notice.
